OUR TEAM
Eric Bartha
Eric handles the Preliminary Design for our firm and has been in the field of Architecture for more than 10 years. After receiving his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, he was hired by an Distinctive Homes in Prescott, Arizona in 2013. Eric then worked for a Construction Firm, which gave him on-site experience, and started Animated Architecture in 2017. His passion for Architecture lies in learning cutting edge techniques and technologies to not only design projects, but presenting them in a way the clients can truly understand.
Austin Mangels
Austin handles the Final Construction Documents for permits, and has also been in the field of Architecture for more than 10 years. In 2012, he started as a draftsman for Distinctive Homes in Prescott. He then worked as a plan reviewer for Yavapai County and the Town of Prescott Valley for a number of years. Austin brings a thorough knowledge of the applicable codes to help streamline the permitting process.
WHAT WE OFFER
Our Rates
- Hourly or Square Footage contracts offered
- Our current hourly rate is $95.00/hour.
- Base Rate $1.75/SF for a minimal set of Construction Documents.
- Base Rate $3.50/SF for a set of Construction Documents with a full Walkthrough Animation.
- We have a minimum fee of $2,000.00 for any project.
